The list of ranches I've had the privilege of riding for include the MC Ranch, the ZX Ranch, the White Horse Ranch all in Southern Oregon, the Onyx Ranch in Southern California, the Bare Ranch Northern California, the YP Ranch and the Spanish Ranch in Northern Nevada, The Noffsinger Ranch in Central Colorado, the Diamond Ring Ranch in Northern Montana and many small ranches in between. Each one had its own flavor and one or many phenomenal horsemen that I am proud to be associated with and were kind enough to share their horse knowledge with me.

In May 2003, I was buckarooing for Soldier Meadows Ranch in Gerlach, Nevada, for Mackey Hedges when I met my wife Charmaine. She was at the ranch for a short stay helping Mackey with some guests and cattle work he was behind on. We hit it off real good and I ended up following her here to Western Washington. We married in May 2006, on horseback. I started my business of training horses at the wonderful Double B Farm around April 2005. Our business and clientele has grown to the point that we moved July of 2007 to a bigger facility with a few more amenities and some room to grow.

The knowledge of horses is infinite and no matter how much you know, there's still a mountain more to learn. Every time a door is opened, 10 more appear in front of you. I've learned in order to make a well balanced horse, one must be well balanced themselves through discipline, patience, communication and love. These four ingredients are key and equally as important is time. Time makes horses.
